The Unity movement and Unity in the Heart are founded on prayer, which is integral to our spiritual journey. In prayer and meditation we become conscious of God's presence in our life and then relate to that loving presence. Through our prayers, we develop a relationsip with God and, in turn, find an inceased sense of peace, love and gratitude. Prayer can be the pathway to needed insight, understanding and guidance for our human and spiritual concerns.
In Unity we practice affirmative prayers that have universal, interfaith appeal. Further down this page you will find some prayers and affirations to use as you develop your prayerful relationship with God.
