Interim Minister - Rev. Sher McNeal
Rev Sher McNeal is an ordained Religious Science (Science of Mind) minister living in Golden Valley. Prior to becoming the interim minister for Unity in the Heart, she was a free lance minister, offering spiritual counseling, classes, workshops and ceremonies. She has been a frequent speaker here at Unity in the Heart for several years.
Rev Sher has three Master’s Degrees in Psychology, Business Administration, and Divinity and feels her education in all three areas will be very helpful in her role as interim minister here at Unity of the Heart. She is also a certified hypnotherapist and considers hypnotherapy a significant element of her ministry. Throughout her life, she has studied Carl Jung, and through his work has come to know the power of dreams and the importance in working with them.
Previously she worked for Unity Minneapolis as a staff minister and Executive Director for five years, and she spent one year at Unity of the Valley as their interim minister after Rev Audrey retired. Prior to becoming a minister, Rev Sher had her own marketing consulting and marketing research company and she worked in the business arena for many years. Her resume also includes working in the insurance and aerospace industries. She considers ministry her fourth and most rewarding career.
In all aspects of life, Rev Sher is dedicated to the growth and expansion of consciousness and a deeper relationship with God.
