The Unity Movement and UNITY in the Heart are founded on prayer. In prayer, we become conscious of God’s presence in our life and then relate to that loving presence. Through our prayers, we develop a relationship with God and, in turn, find an increased sense of peace, love and gratitude. Prayer can be the pathway to needed insight, understanding and guidance for our human and spiritual concerns.

In Unity, we practice affirmative prayers that have universal, interfaith appeal. Further down this page you will find some prayers and affirmations for you to use as you develop your prayerful relationship with God.
